    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have not had internet for over 3 days now and it shows fault in BT retail server. My account does not show the reported fault although I have a number for it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;***********&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I got this on the service status page when I logged in to check issues. However, my area is not listed for issues with broadband or phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can someone please help as internet is very critical now even more than ever before.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
