&lt;P&gt;your post does not go to BT&amp;nbsp; as this is a community forum so you are not going to get a reply from BT so need to leave or maybe forum can help you&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;in order for the forum members to help please can you post the stats from your router (if hub enter 192.168.1.254 in your browser) and if&amp;nbsp; HH5 then go to troubleshooting then helpdesk and if HH6/SH2 then advanced settings then technical log information .&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Have you tried the quiet line test? - dial 17070 option 2 - should hear nothing - best done with a corded phone. if cordless phone you may hear a 'dull hum' which is normal&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Slow broadband speed</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have already posted a query on this and got no reply. There seem to be no later posts on slow bb speeds since 2018!!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My bb speed is diabolical, taking 1 - 2 minutes to open up on to net and a further 1 - 1.5 minutes to get on to email. I have spent 4 hours today trying to get some results from BT without success. The service is appalling. I've tried repeatedly to get to the Chat line, but it seems to have disappeared. I have tried to go to Fix The Problem and to Test BB Speed and in both cases, gave up after 25 minutes trying. If I don't get some joy within the next 24 hours I am leaving BT altogether after thirty years as a customer. Why should I pay £60&amp;nbsp; odd for a pathetic, pointless service which is currently hiding behind Corona Virus to avoid answering questions?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;David Hodges&lt;/P&gt;</description>
