I'm trying again to get a fixed fault to be closed on my account.

I went on chat on Friday and was told it has now been closed. But it hasn't, its still open on my account and having an open fault seems to cause chaos on my account meaning I cannot make any online changes.

I was also told they would fix BT Sport Ultimate not working in 48 hours but they haven't done that either.

They just lie to customers to get them off the chat quickly.

Hi @Neilos_7,

Welcome to the Community and thanks for taking the time to post.

Sorry to hear that you are having problems with your service.

Normally a closed fault will drop off the MyBT system within 5-7 days after being marked as cleared. I'm going to send you a private message so that we can take a look into both issues for you.

Thanks

Matt
