Employee broadband package

Hi I had FTTP installed last week. I was informed that I need to downgrade to fibre 250 as fibre 900 is not included in our employee discount. I called Value tonight to do this and he’s put me on fibre 1 (50mbps).I think he’s put me on a customer Broadband package.It is the Value team who can this for employees isn’t it?
