Lost ' catch up' tab

Recently upgraded to NOW entertainment package, but for some reason unknown to numerous BT advisors, no clue as to why I have lost my CATCH UP tab, does anyone know why?

All reality channels have gone after all these years, can anyone help?

Hi @nat007, welcome to the community and thanks for posting, I'm sorry about the delay getting back to you. Can you try a reset on your TV box ensuring to keep the recordings to see if that helps with the missing catch up tab? The link I've posted explains how you can do that.

I'm sorry you're not happy with losing some of the channels that you had previously. The Now TV FAQ's on the community explain the reasoning behind this and also provides more information on the differences between the TV plans.

Hi, thanks for your reply. The channel in question is TLC, is there any way of me getting that back and why, if I have upgraded to include NOW TV have I lost it?

Hi @nat007 , you will only get catch up choices for channels in your new package. TLC is not a channel available in the Now TV packages.
