Hi all,

My address is missing from broadband checkers when looking for FTTP. Although we do have an Openreach ONT in the house. It was a new build a year ago and we moved in just about a year ago now but went with Virgin for tv/internet packages. But now we are looking at using an FTTP provider. It seems they are having trouble as the address isn't listed for having FTTP even though we have the equipment in and we know the houses on this estate do have it installed.

Next doors address is listed though. What's the best we can do and does anyone know what the turnaround is on this for us?

Cheers,

Ring the FTTP team on 0800 587 4787

Have the details of the ONT and the serial number ready, they can use that and if needed contact Openreach to update the records.

According to a staff member at BT, Openreach have told them not to send any more forms regarding updating addresses due to convid19 and less staff.

We have found a form on Openreach's site and filled that in and see what happens.
