    <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm completely confused.&amp;nbsp; Being moved to fibre and new Hub was shown as an "order".&amp;nbsp; I didn't order it, but I figured out what they were doing.&amp;nbsp; Last week the new Hub 2 came, and I set it up and returned the old Hub to BT.&amp;nbsp; But then today another box came from BT which looked exactly like the Hub 2 box.&amp;nbsp; I refused the package thinking it had to be a mistake.&amp;nbsp; So I looked on my BT account, and it shows another order on June 23 (which I didn't make) "for Hub 2".&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Was this indeed a mistake, or was it another part of the new equipment, and why can't they make things clear what they are doing?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
