    <description>&lt;P&gt;How do I tell BT&amp;nbsp; that they have delivered the wrong item? The only email address I have is for BT shop: they replied that it was not their concern. BT online chat appears to be inopperative and there seems to be no message system on their website. BT advertises a postal address for a letter of complaint, but this is going to take some time. Is there any quicker way other than hanging on to the phone for hours.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately at present the only method of contacting BT is phoning 150&lt;/P&gt;</description>
