Does your phone work with dial tone. If so try dial 17070 options 2 should be silent and best with corded phone

is the hub colour changing?

if you go to logs and filter to WAN you will see restarts. No need to post

The most basic test when you have broadband connection problem is to check landline has a dial tone and if so do quiet line test to check for noise. No point in trying different changes before checking the most basic problem
