    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've been trying to sign up for full fibre. My entire village is fitted with full fibre and my two next door neighbours have it; however BT tells me that it's not available. Just metres away my neighbours get 910Mb!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Spoke with call centre and they couldn't really help, but I can see the fibre termination points on the pole right outside, two go to my neighbours but there are plenty of spare sockets.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've run out of options! I really want full fibre! If an OpenReach engineer looked they would plainly see it is available, seems like an error on the system.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;BT suggested I fill in a form online and they'd contact me "when it was available" but this seems like a waste of time if it's already there but the system is wrong!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Has got ideas of what I can do?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
