    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hiya,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;BT is upgrading me from Broadband to Fibre in a couple of weeks, ahead of the migration they sent me a new hub and finally, Tuesday 30 June was my 'switch day'. Since Tuesday, I have no landline connection and the internet connection is dropping out ever 5 min, the hub restarts by itself constantly and the few minutes I have connection their speed test app confirms that upload is less than 0.5.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've called BT multiple times but they can't see what's wrong.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is anyone else experiencing issues after their switch day?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Hub not working since Fibre switch day</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;do you now have a dial tone on your phone?&amp;nbsp; are you connected to the master socket which is first socket in your home where the openreach cable comes in from outside&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;you really need a working phone line to get your broadband&amp;nbsp; if no phone line then phone 151 and report a fault&lt;/P&gt;</description>
