Banded profile

Good Afternoon,

Is there anyway to get my connection put in a banded profile by the DLM? I've heard resetting the router a few times would do this so how many times would I need to reset my router in order to activate this and put my internet line in a banded profile?

Say, 8-10 times within an hour. If it doesn't work first time repeat until it does.

Now the main question. Why on earth would you want to be on a banded profile?

The connection the DLM has put me on is awful for online gaming. Despite have a ping of 6ms, perfect speeds and less than 0.7 jitter on my line, the DLM keeps putting me on some awful frequency and online gaming is unplayable. When I’m banded it’s much easier to play

It will show in the hub connection stats.

HH5 troubleshooting/helpdesk.

HH6 advanced settings/technical log/information.

there is no wording which specifically will say banded profile in stats

Just been stuck on the same for 42 days now :(. Worth trying a soft reset?

Is having a connection time of 42 days in itself a problem? That sort of connection time is not unusual for me, but I don't see any issues.

The longer connection time the better as it shows your line is stable and getting out of banding will help your connection. If you have replied to mod you just now have to wait until you problem reaches top of the mod inbox
