    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a 50Mb line which should have a 10Mb upload speed at least but on tests its coming in at 0.1 or lower. the Ping is also spiking from 7 to 100 or above.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is anyone else having or had this issue and is there a quick fix?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have reset the smart hub and that does nothing. and advice would me much appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You'll get them by entering&amp;nbsp;192.168.1.254 in your browser, if you have a home hub 5 please&amp;nbsp;go to troubleshooting then helpdesk and if its a Smart Hub go to&amp;nbsp;advanced settings then technical log information.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>no upload speed on my device</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a 50Mb line which should have a 10Mb upload speed but when I do a speedtest, i get 50mb download and 0,00Mb upload.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, on other devices I get the normal speeds. Any help on how to fix this?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.bt.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/274687"&gt;@Rossssssss&lt;/a&gt;,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Going by the router stats you posted and your last post which mentions that it's only one device this doesn't look like an issue with your broadband connection.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How is this device connecting to your hub ethernet cable or wifi?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If it's ethernet cable have you tried another cable?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;SP&lt;/P&gt;</description>
