Ridiculous Wireless Speeds. Faulty SH2?

Please can someone help? Originally posted here and have had no response.

Today, my wireless speeds are averaging 150MB, whilst Ethernet still exceeds 910MB. What is causing this drop in wireless speeds?

I have run the test via My BT. The test suggests I am exceeding my Stay Fast Guarantee, because it is not measuring my wireless speeds. Any ideas?

Wireless isn't guaranteed as there are so many external factors that can affect it, if you're getting your guaranteed speed with an ethernet cable there's nothing that can be done

Are you connecting to the 5ghz network and not the 2.4ghz network? If unsure turn off the 2.4ghz Downside of connecting to 5ghz is it does not cover as far as the 2.4ghz
