The open reach engineer ran the cable from the nearest duct to my house a few weeks ago and next week the connection engineer is due to finish the install inside the house.

What is the current method of connecting my existing copper landline.

Does it plug into the ONT, the smart hub 2 or the existing master socket as presently used.

Thanks

Chances are your existing Voice Service will remain on the Copper Line until such time you are converted to VOiP.

The Router will plug into the ONT that the Engineer will fit.
