No SmartHub Delivery

I upgraded my BT broadband on May 21st but still haven’t received my new SmartHub which was part of the package.
Could someone advise what the status is with SmartHub deliveries?

as I posted on another thread there is no automatic upgrade of hub unless your existing hub is not capable of connecting or you added Halo 2 to your package. Halo 1 does not get a new hub
