Fibre broadband

I phoned bt and asked for a upgrade to fttp and they have put me on

Full fibre100 with halo 1, it’s all working fine.

but my friend lives in the same street and bt told them they could have fibre 1 With a

down load speed of 50mbps. Fttp. I was not give that option.

Did your friend try phoning the FTTP Team on 08005874787 and see what they say

I don’t know who they spoke to, I know they have got a date for the install.
Have they spoke to team that handles fttc ? .
They put me on that last year and I only 8mbps download.

Just tell them to ring the FTTP team tomorrow with the number provided.
