Hi. I'm hoping that someone can give me some ideas as to what is happening here. I have full fibre 900 which when it works is great. I can have connection for days at a time without issue, then for a few days, the connection will drop at least 3-4 times a day. Openreach have been out to test the light loss and is a very steady 19db with no spikes. I have had a new ONT installed in case of a faulty unit but still no difference. I have tried rebooting the ONT with and without the hub connected, still will not sync with the exchange. It can be off for 30 mins or 5 hours with no obvious pattern for time off or time of day.

Please, please does anyone have any ideas?

Thank you.
