    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Everyone,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Our supplier will be carrying out some regular maintenance&amp;nbsp;or service improvement activities on the network which may have an impact on your service.&amp;nbsp; Don’t worry though, maintenance work will not be carried out during the day.&amp;nbsp; The window for these improvements will typically take place Monday to Friday between Midnight and 6:00 AM.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;How will I know if the maintenance is affecting my connection?&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;During the maintenance window, you will notice the lights on your Home hub will flash and you may lose your connection.&amp;nbsp; The loss of your connection will not last long, typically around 20 – 30 minutes&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Do I need to do anything to get my connection back?&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please do not contact BT to report a fault.&amp;nbsp; Wait 30 minutes or for the hub lights to return to normal, you may need to reset your BT Home Hub.&amp;nbsp; You can find instructions on restarting your hub via this link,&amp;nbsp; &lt;A href="https://www.bt.com/help/broadband/how-do-i-restart-my-bt-hub-" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;How do I restart my BT Hub?&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
