FTTP installation

Hi there, I have recently placed an order for FTTP and choose an activation day of mid August. Yesterday I received an e-mail from BT saying my landline will be activated in mid August but the FTTP will be mid September. This leaves me without any internet for approx. a month. Surely this isn’t correct.

phone the FTTP team and see if you can get an earlier date but may be difficult 08005874787

Is this FTTP at your current address ?, if so who currently provides your broadband ?
If you are moving provider at your current address , simply ask for the changeover for both to be done in September, if your current provider isn’t BT you don’t want to leave August as your landline date as that risks losing broadband .
