hi - my fibre to home broadband has stopped working - lights on hub etc and on bt whole home discs are showing normal orange or blue lights and wifi appears to have a good signal on drop down menu on desktop. An online speed test shows we have a very fast connection and yet...wifi dips for perhaps a minute and at times yesterday would be down for up to an hour. Does anyoniwe know wh

do you actually have FTTP fibre direct to your home or like most FTTC which is fibre tocabinet and existing copper to your home

thanks - I actually have fibre to home straight in through the walls with a number of bt disc extenders throughout eth property. it's slightly less erratic today but in two years i have never experienced anything like yesterday
