Full Fibre 900, which version Smart Hub

hi, quick question, I just signed up for Full Fibre 900 and today received a Smart Hub version 1 not the version 2 that people seem to be talking about. Have I been sent the right version or is it an error?

Does it have a red WAN port?

Yes, it it does have a red WAN port, definitely SH1 and not SH2 though.

As far as I'm aware, you only get the SH2 with the Halo package or complete wifi package.

Thanks, as I currently split the 2.4ghz and 5ghz channels I suspect the Smart Hub 1 will better suit my needs anyway, just wanted to make sure I'll get the full speeds of 900 down (on ethernet anyway).

I was sent SH2 for an installation without halo Wi-fi or other services. I believe there was a £30 charge.

Phoned again today just to double check and they said it should be the SH2 so that's in the mail

You do realise you can't split the 2.4 and 5gHz bands on the smart hub 2?

Yes, very annoying. However advise is that the SH1 can't handle the full fibre 900 service, so not much choice.
