    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, Can anyone help please ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My BT Home Hub 4 keeps rebooting and I managed to get the log after the last report (see below).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="angie2601_1-1596015319331.png" style="width: 400px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.bt.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/67390iDCA0E19B73E48BFB/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="angie2601_1-1596015319331.png" alt="angie2601_1-1596015319331.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The reboot didn't occur until an hour later.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Looking at previous posts the message after there is disruption to the connection.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There is no known interference at the time (lights, microwaves etc) and the line is clear, so I don't know why it is happening.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Unusually it has occurred on a Wednesday every two weeks but at different times.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Not sure what to do - Is it a general problem, Do I need to replace the hub ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="angie2601_0-1596015210754.png" style="width: 602px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.bt.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/67389i59FCB1A364A7D5F5/image-size/large?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" role="button" title="angie2601_0-1596015210754.png" alt="angie2601_0-1596015210754.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
