Remove box and reposition

Hi, I'm in a new build property and would like to reposition one of the bt boxes as its in a way of a diy project.

Does anyone know how to remove the smaller box in the photo from the wall?

I've tried pushing it up, but I don't want to use force if this is not the correct method.

That’s an FTTP ONT. You would need a Fibre Trained Openreach Engineer to move it so you’ll need to contact your CP and ask for them to raise an Order with Openreach for an ONT Shift.

You’ll also have to accept that any new cabling they put in place will be run externally and or on skirting boards/over door frames.

The smaller box is the battery back up unit. It should just push up ij may be a tight fit..
