FTTH Installation or Lack of!

Ordered 10 March.

Several missed appointments.

An unscheduled appointment.

Computer glitches.

Lack of support i.e left without any internet for a long period. Only offered help after umpteen phone calls to customer services.

Still without fibre broadband and still no installation date!

HELP!!

I've been ringing them almost everyday since the start of June. I'm actually on hold to speak with them again now. 28 minutes and counting 😔

Unfortunaltely they are the only ones who can help you. The mods here cannot deal with FTTP issues.
