Broadband down

My broadband has been down for 24 hrs and I'm unable to get through on the phone. Can anyone help?

Which exchange? There are a lot of problems due to storm damage especially in the following areas over the past 24 hrs.

Cardiff and South Wales

Manchester

North Scotland

No idea. There's no problems reported for the area. But anyway, I've finally (!) managed to get through to one of the help lines and now have an engineer booked for Monday morning. I posted on here as backup...

If you enter your phone number HERE it will tell you the exchange and cab number. Let me know and I'll check if the cab has been affected by the storms.

The exchange is SHEFFORD, cabinet 3

Doesn't appear to be an issue at the cabinet. There's no faults listed for that or any other cab in Shefford exchange area.

Now back up. According to the engineer, there were multiple faults at the cab due to a lightning strike.
