    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am getting very frustrated as there is no online way of cancelling an Engineer appointment I have now changed it to 17th Sept to give more time to cancel.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can you cancel it?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Steve&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;All you need to do is to select the option to cancel the fault.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;From what I remember, its on the bottom of the fault progress chart, but its a month or so back when I last used it.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It said something like "Tell us your fault is now cleared"&lt;/P&gt;
