I found I could not be heard (or get a dialing tone) but it didn't clear as yours does. Seems to happen once in a while. BT are aware of the problem and are working on a fix (to the Smart Hub 2).

My 'bypass' is to reboot the Smart Hub 2 although this is inconvenient as my BT Signal Assist takes a while to recover from this!

Richard

Can anyone assist with an issue I have with my Digital Voice service. During incoming calls, periodically the line goes silent, and the person on the other end can't hear me. After approx. 5-10 seconds this clears and the call resumes.

I have reset my Digital Voice phones but this has not resolved the issue.
