Hello,

I've been having random disconnects that have happened half a dozen times over the last 2 weeks and like many I am working from home and rely on broadband to do my job. These disconnects aren't usually for long but they have cut off my phone calls (my employer uses VoIP).

I have an Openreach provided Huawei HG612 modem and when these disconnects happen I can see the status of the connection change to "PendingDisconnect" then "NoSignal" before it then reconnects.

I have done a quiet line test and hear nothing and BT's Diagnostic Bot reports no fault on the network. Nothing has changed on my side and as I can see the connection drop on the modem, I know it is not a routing/WiFi issue. Please see screenshot of https://www.broadbandchecker.btwholesale.com/ attached.

Any help would be appreciated.
