      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a fault code&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;VOL053-xxxxxxxxxxxxxx that has been closed . Fibre&amp;nbsp; was taken down by tree&amp;nbsp; last tuesday.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Been on fault line queue 3 hrs now - Any shortcut to get the fault re opened ?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sorry there is no shortcut many wish there was but it would eventually get as congested as normal 150&lt;/P&gt;</description>
