    <description>&lt;P&gt;Recently went from fibre 1 to Fibre 2 but after having issues with my line I always check the BT smart hub manager, on status the network uptime is 42 minutes but on technical log it says over 1 hour.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There is a 20/30 minute time difference, before the switchover everything in smart hub was perfectly in sync. Do I need to reset my router?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;if your internet is working ok then why bother causing a reset to the hub&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I would normally expect my system uptime to be slightly longer than my dsl connection time after system/factory reset&lt;/P&gt;</description>
