    <description>&lt;P&gt;If you have already checked for line noise by doing quiet line test then try a factory reset of the hub by pressing the recessed button on back and holding 20/30 secs until lights flash&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;if still no improvement then phone 150 and get engineer visit&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Broadband suddenly started dropping out</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there, Been a long time since I've needed to post here for some help, but ever since yesterday evening (or at least that's when I noticed it first) my fiber keeps dropping out randomly. Ive ran the BT troubleshooter, checked the line for noise and all the usual checks.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Most of my computer/console equipment is wired to the hub via Ethernet, so it is not a wireless issue as far as I am aware.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Upon checking logs in the router, I can see that it has dropped 5 times since 20.24 last night.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The messages that come up in logs when it disconnects briefly, are:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;:Connection to the Internet has been terminated.(Reboot,Reconfiguration,forced termination) or&amp;nbsp;ppp1:Connection to the Internet has been terminated.(Reboot,Reconfiguration,forced termination)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Its strange because normally the broadband is stable and rarely disconnects.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Router stats (Ive
