Major Service Outage?

My Full Fibre 900 has been offline since 5pm on Tuesday 15th with Red LOS light. All I get from the Full Fibre team is there is a major outage and they can’t tell me what it is or when it will be back in service.

Anyone else got this issue? Anyone managed to get a more meaningful update?

A Red LOS Light would indicate there is little to no light at the ONT.

FTTP works off a 32 Way Split, as in 1 Fibre Supplies Service for up to 32 People. So if the fault was between the Head End and Splitter all 32 Circuits would be down.

Do you know if any of your neighbours are also out of service?

Managed to collar an Open Reach engineer in the road, looks like workmen damaged a fibre run. Should be back tonight hopefully.
