BT Full Fibre 300 Speeds not as advertised

Hi all

I have recently upgraded from my G.fast 150/30 line to BT Full Fibre 300 with Halo 1 (I was hoping to get 900 but BT was not offering me that service).

When I ordered the package I was under the impression I would be getting a 300/50Mbps line however the website now shows that I can only expect a 200/20 line.

For my usage an increase of only 50 download and reduction in my upload speed is not helpful. Please could someone advise on how and why this has happened when I was advertised 300/50 when placing the order?

are you actually on FTTP or G.FAST

if FTTP doe you have an ONT like this
