Fibre essential installation - engineer needed?

Hello,

My MIL has signed up with help from me for fibre essential. When order there was no option to book an engineer. Does this mean I can just set up her smart hub 2 when it arrives and she is ready to go?

At the moment she has a standard master socket and has only ever had landline only. I only ask as when I upgraded to fibre I had to have an engineer to change the master socket and switch over cables in the cabinet.

It is now self install. If only standard master socket use the supplied filter.
