Smart HUb2 upgrade

I had my broadband upgraded this morning to smart hub2 fibre but my speeds are still the same as my old connection which is still connected, confused. Any help for me?

I'm confused too. How is your old connection still connected? Smart hub 2 is not a broadband upgrade. What have you actually upgraded to?

I have had Fibre 900 installed min download speed 455mb but my speeds are the the same as before upgrade

My old hub connected is still connected to the old copper wire input and still working I thought this would be disconnected when the new fibre was installed

Is your Smart Hub 2 Powered up and if so what colour is the light on the front

Yes solid blue light, I work at home it works but speed not what I was told, I’ve just turned of old hub and factory rest on the new one so will test again
