Hi all, my go live with Fibre 1 was today I was looking forward to it but all that has now changed, the speedsI I was expecting and promised have not been supplied I have 0.4 upload and less than thirty download. I did phone in and there was an immediate increase but short lived the smart hub 2 started to drop out every few minutes untill the upload speed was reduced to where it is now. Can anything be done about this situation Please.

Since making this post I spoke to a lady on the help line who straight away got Openreach involved they came this morning and all is now well, there was a fault on the line but his equipment would not show where it was just high resistance, he had a good look around but in the end put me on a new pair this solved all the problems and I now have a quite land line and my broadband speeds are up where they should be. Over the moon with the service I have received I had these problems for months with my last ISP.
