Hi @Studon, thanks for posting, the router stats you've posted show your Hub is syncing at 329 Mbps downstream. Are you seeing the slower results when using wireless devices?

I have posted before re slow broadband speed, but no real answers to my question.

When I ring customer services, depending who answers me whether they do anything is pot luck.

I have Fibre 250 with Halo 2 on G fast

A guaranteed speed of 150 Mbits. I get about 146 down and 49 up

I've had Openreach out to check and no line problem detected.

A replacement home hub 2 didn't cure it.

No line noise. All testing done at the test socket.

I tried to add speed test results and broadband availability but it exceeds limits.

Perhaps one of the mods might be able to assist me

Studon

Hi Neil

There is no difference in speeds if I use wi fi.

My thoughts are that the problem lies with wherever the download speed is set at the Exchange.

Studon
