      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i put an order in on the 12th October 2020 to update my contract which says complete I went from fibre 250 to fibre 500 I have not received any confirmation by email also my service has not changed it’s still showing 300/50 can anyone chase this up for me please&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
