When is the Open reach lines going be upgraded in barlaston stoke on Trent bell lane ? Currently I have half fibre 25mb/s it’s just dreadful Is there anyone I can contact about this to get something done about it.

You would have to ask Openreach. This is just a BT Retail customer forum.
