    <description>&lt;P&gt;I eventually manage to connect to the Service Status page many hours after I lost boroadband, it told me that there were no problems in the area (which is what I suspected it was going to tell me).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;OK this morning but was still faulty through the night because I could see the lights flashing on the router.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
