    <description>&lt;P&gt;It's mainly in the morning when I switch telly on and go to Netflix, that little circle goes round and round then I get a message saying can't connect please try later. So I go to HELP and do a system check everything comes back as normal except the up load speed which shows 29mbps, this reading I know is too low for Netflix to operate. This happens on a few occasions especially in the morning. I am paying £64 per month for broadband so I should be on the fastest one.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

HH5, troubleshooting/helpdesk. HH6 &amp;amp; SH, Advanced settings/technical log/information.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Enter your phone number H&lt;A href="https://www.broadbandchecker.btwholesale.com/#/ADSL" target="_self"&gt;ERE&lt;/A&gt; and post a screenshot of the result. Remove number before posting.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
