&lt;P&gt;Is there any noise on your phone calls? Dial 17070 and select option 2, there should be no noise between the announcements.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Why does my BT smart hub 2 keep going orange within seconds? Obviously an unstable connection. I have addressed BT several times about this situation and still not been corrected?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Can you send an BT engineer out to my residence to correct this fault please and continue with this internet provider&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
