No fibre in my house but all the neighbours have it.

I’ve recent moved into a end terraced house and I’m told that there’s no fibre available. All my neighbours have fibre. Why wouldn’t my house have it?

Do you have broadband or an active phone line ?

jf so enter phone number and post results otherwise use address

Hello.

No so I used the full address. Got a red error message that read ‘The address does not map to Gold NAD key please proceed with postcode qualification’

I’ve tried by it exceeds the size.
Basically all of my neighbours (and I mean all) have fibre except my house. It’s not a new build. It’s an old terrace. I don’t understand why?

You don't have a working phone line and the previous occupier may not have been with BT. As there is no routing information for the line it cannot give you a definitive answer on broadband.

Order a phone line first and the routing information should be updated the following Friday.
