    <description>&lt;P&gt;*****PROBLEM FIXED - THIS CAN BE DELETED PLEASE*****&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi, for a while &lt;FONT face="arial,helvetica,sans-serif"&gt;now&lt;/FONT&gt; I have been unable to access Spotify (i've since got round this with downloading the app) and now can't access Amazon.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried using Chrome and Edge but the same error message appears:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;This site can’t be reached&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;A href="http://www.amazon.co.uk" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;www.amazon.co.uk&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;took too long to respond.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;Try:&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL class=""&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;Checking the connection&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;Checking the proxy and the firewall&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;Running Windows Network Diagnostics&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class="error-code"&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class="error-code"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class="error-code"&gt;&lt;FONT face="arial,helvetica,sans-serif" size="3"&gt;I am using BT fibre and can access the sites with tablets, mobiles etc but just can't access either site with the laptop. As far as I know neither is added to a blocked site with Windows Defender or AVG.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class="error-code"&gt;&lt;FONT face="arial,helvetica,sans-serif" size="3"&gt;I'm running Windows 10, all up to date&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class="error-code"&gt;&lt;FONT face="arial,helvetica,sans-serif" size="3"&gt;Any ideas?&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class="error-code"&gt;&lt;FONT face="arial,helvetica,sans-serif" size="3"&gt;Thanks&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>
