      <title>Broadband Constantly Dropping</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;For the past week or so our connection keeps dropping off, reported to BT who said there was a fault &amp;amp; an engineer would come out yesterday(Thursday 19 Nov) Went to track the fault &amp;amp; it said the fault had been resolved but I've had no notification from anyone that it was fixed &amp;amp; nobody called me.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Fault was still occurring yesterday &amp;amp; again today so I have raised the fault again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On fault tracker though it is saying it is a slow connection speed, it's not that at all it keeps disconnecting!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tried all of the usual, restarts etc.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We are in the 01325 area &amp;amp; have Halo 2 package&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyone else having similar issues?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any advice appreciated.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;please can you post the stats from your router (if hub enter 192.168.1.254 in your browser) and if&amp;nbsp; HH5 then go to troubleshooting then helpdesk and if HH6/SH2 then advanced settings then technical log information .&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Have you tried the quiet line test? - dial 17070 option 2 - should hear nothing - best done with a corded phone. if cordless phone you may hear a 'dull hum' which is normal&lt;/P&gt;
