Rough time for FTTP

We have just had guys running fibre to the poles along our road for Openreach.

Does anyone have a rough idea how long it takes between that happening and being able to place orders?

I know it's a "how long is a piece of fibre" question, but.... 😀

Refer to the last line in your post. No-one but Openreach can answer your question. Anecdotally it has been1 month to 3 years.

As @pippincp states correctly 1 month to 3 years.

Please don't get your hopes up too high like I did, my build to completion took 3 years 8 months.
