Fluctuating Speeds on Fibre 900

Well, THAT didnt go as planned !!!!! Speeds down to the Mid 300's (Mid 400's if I push it & do 2 or 3 tests consecutively)..

Rang in a Fault this morning (Lovely Lady in Exeter ) .. But refused to "Further" my Fault as I am NOT using "THEIR" hub & therefore cannot Test ANYTHING (as all test equipment is Built into their Hub !!!!!) <<< REALLY ???

So, up in the Loft to find where I frisbeed the SH2 & GOD ONLY KNOWS where the PSU is !!!

Ideas ???

You have to remember that FTTP is a contended service. The pipe feeding up to 32 customers is 2.5Gb/s or 10Gb/s in some later provisions.
