&lt;P&gt;Did you report it as a landline fault (noisy phone line, unable to make calls) or a broadband fault, as that affects the priority?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>No Landline Dialtone and &lt;2mbps Broadband FOUR DAYS and still waiting</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;On Saturday our Broadband went down - it kept dropping and still is doing - even when it is up and running its 1-2mbps at the very best. The landline was crackling and hard to use.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On Sunday the Landline went down as well - there is no dial tone. I can ring it and the phone rings but there is no sound.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have run all the diagnostics - they tell me the fault is outside the property.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I cannot get an engineer to come until Friday.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried Chat - they say they are working on it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But NOTHING has changed&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can any moderators look into this please.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Even just while typing this our broadband disconnected itself.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you have no landline or a very noisy landline then there isn't nothing anybody can do as you need an engineer visit which you have already got for Friday&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;post back if engineer no show&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
