Just completed Fibre intallation - speed issue

Just had fibre to premise installed and from the SmartHub 2 I get 960 Mbps on my laptop. When I go through my 4 port switch it drops to 250-300 Mbps. The switch is a Netgear ProSAFE GS105 (4 Port) which is supposed to be a Gigabit Ethernet Switch. All cabling is Cat6a and only 3m max from switch so should be fine.

What am i missing - sorry not a networking expert.

Just noticed that my upload speed is only 50 Mbps rather than the 110 Mbps advertised - that's when connecting directly to the SmartHub2
